中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討半純化種鴨飼料中缺乏生物素對於不同齡褐色種用菜鴨蛋中生物素含量及胚胎發育之影響。 試驗2結果顯示,對照組母菜鴨飼以生物素含量186.3 ppb之玉米-大豆粕飼料,其在蛋15.8 ppb之麵粉-酪蛋白半純化飼料,其鴨蛋中生物素濃度在第一週開始下降,在第13週時生物素濃度在蛋白中者降到30 ng/g左右,蛋黃中生物素則降至184 ng/g左右。蛋中生物素消辦進率與種鴨齡並無明顯之關係。 產蛋初色菜鴨被飼予缺乏生物素飼糧,對於產蛋並無影響。鴨胚胎死亡率在試驗1中,對照組及缺乏組分別為44.4%及49.0%,試驗2中二對照組及三缺乏組之鴨胚胎死亡率分別為17.3%、10.3%、27.4%、16.8%及21.7%,顯示缺乏生物素鴨胚胎之死亡率較高。鴨胚胎異常率在試驗1中對照組及缺乏組分別為0%及8.5%,試驗2中二對照組及三缺乏分別為0.65%、0.74%、3.09%、1.8%及3.13%,顯示缺乏生物素鴨胚胎之異常率較高。試驗2中異常之發生約始於母鴨飼予缺乏飼料之第四週,在第九週異常率大輻增加,兩次試驗中鴨胚胎異常症狀依發生頻度多寡,依序為下喙短或缺、露腦、上喙短或缺、皮下出血、鸚鵡喙、喙扭曲、枇枇喙、生長遲滯。試驗結果顯示,種鴨齡對胚胎缺乏症並無絕對之影響。 |
英文摘要 | This study was conducted to investigate the effects of biotin deficiency in breeding Tasiya diet on biotin content of egg and on embryonic development. Results from experiment 2 showed that biotin concentrations were 139 μg/g in yolk, when the Tasiya layer were fedμg/g in white and 517 μg/g in yolk, when the Tsaiya layer were fed a corn-soybean diet with 186.3 ppb biotin in control group. For the deficient group, Tasiya layer were fed a wheat-casein diet with 15.8 ppb biotin. The level of biotin in yolk or white began to decrease on the first week, and the biotin level was about 30 ng/g in white and 184 ng/g in yolk on the thirteenth week. There was no relationship between age of breeder and depletion rate of biotin in egg. There was no effect of biotin deficiency on egg production. In experiment 1, the embryonic mortalities were 44.4% and 49% for control and deficient group. In experiment 2, the embryonic mortalities were 17.3%, 10.6%, 27.4%, 16.8% and 21.7% for two control groups and three deficient groups respectively. The results showed that the mortalities in deficient groups were higher than in control groups. For control and deficient group in experiment 1, the embryonic abnormalities were 0% and 8.5%; for two control and three deficient groups, the embryonic abnormalities were 0.65%, 0.74%, 3.09%, 1.8% and 3.13%, respectively. In experiment 2, the incidence of abnormal embryos began at the fourth week, and the abnormality was largely increased in the ninth week. In these experiments, according to the descendent frequency of abnomal symptom occurrence, they were shorter or absent lower beak, exposed brain, shorter or absent lower beak, exposed brain, shorter or absent upper beak, subcutaneous haemorrhage, parrot beak, twisted beak, loquat-shape beak, and retarted growth. Results showd that there were no effects of breeder's age on the deficient symptoms of duck embryos. |
