中文摘要 | 本試驗旨在探討飼糧代謝能含量對白羅曼鵝肝臟脂質合成相關酵素活性之影響,試驗鵝隻係採用臺灣省畜產試驗所彰化種畜繁殖場所育成之白羅曼鵝,進行0∼3與4∼6週齡(試驗1)及7∼9與10∼12週齡(試驗2)之試驗。試驗1係選取1年齡之雛鵝,試驗2則以7週齡之生長鵝,逢機分配至五個不同飼糧代謝能含量處理組,其代謝能含量均分別為2500、2700、2900、3100及3300 kcal/kg,粗蛋白質含量分別為20%(試驗1)與15%(試驗2)。兩個試驗,每處理組均為二重複,每重複12隻,公母各半。試驗期間採平飼,飼料與水均採任食。 試驗全期之肝臟ATP-檸檬酸分解?(ATP-citrate cleavage enzyme, EC 4.1.3.8; CCE)各處理組間分無顯著之差異,3與6週齡肝臟之NADP-蘋果酸去氫(NADP-malic dehydrogenase, EC 1.1.1.40; MDH),葡萄糖-6-磷酸去氫?(Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, EC 1.1.1.49; G-6-PDH)與脂肪酸合成?(fatty acid synthetase; FAS)之活性,皆隨著飼糧代謝能由2500 kcal/kg提高到3100 kcal/kg而上升,而當飼糧代謝能含量提升到3300 kcal/kg時又下降,12週齡肝臟之CCE、MDH、及G6PDH之活性均以2900 kcal/kg處理組較高,FAS則以3100 kcal/kg處理組顯著地較高。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of dietary metabolizable energy (ME) on hepatic lipogenic enzyme activities of White Roman geese. Two hundred and forty White Roman geese from the Chang-Hwa Animal Breeding Station of the Taiwan Livestock Research Institute were used as the experimental animals. Experiment period were from 0~3 and 4~6 weeks of age in experiment 1, and from 7~9 and 10~12 weeks of age in experiment 2. Day-old (Exp. 1) and 7-week-old goslings (Exp. 2) selected and divided randomly into five experiment groups. The goslings were fed one of the five experimental diets which contain 2500, 2700, 2900, 3100 and 3300 kcal/kg of ME respectively. experimental diets contained 20% (Exp. 1) or 15% (Exp. 2) crude protein. Each group had twelve geese (six males and six females) and experiment were replicated. Feed and water were supplied on an ad libitum basis. The results indicated that the activities of hepatic ATP-citrate cleavage enzyme (CCE) were not different at 3, 6, and 9 weeks of age. But when the geese were at 12 weeks of age, the activities of CCE was significantly higher in 2900 kcal/kg ME feeding group than the other (P<0.05). When the dietary ME was increased 2500 kcal/kg to 3100 kcal/kg, the activities of hepatic NADP-malate dehydrogenase (MDH), (FAS) tended to increase. But the activities of MDH, G6PDH, and FAS tended to decrease when the dietary ME were increased to 3300 kcal/kg. |
