中文摘要 | 本研究針對肥粒鐵基地球墨鑄鐵,經由雷射加熱,藉其局部瞬間的重熔 及自淬性,探討熔化區、熱影響區及母材顯微組織之間的差異,以了解球墨鑄鐵 在雷射重熔處理過程中顯微組織的變化。實驗方法為將直徑3mm之肥粒鐵基地球 墨鑄鐵棒,固定於可以升降迴轉臺座上,Z軸速度範圍0.1~2mm/sec,迴轉速 0~400rpm,配合雷射功率,以探討處理過程相關現象。 研究結果顯示:(1)熔化區的組織為層狀雪明碳鐵+肥粒鐵及很細的粒滴斑鐵,其微 硬度達1050HV,其中並無石墨存在。(2)熱影響區中含有麻田散鐵組織。(3)熱影 響區的硬化效果與碳之擴散有關。 |
英文摘要 | This research has been aimed to study the microstructural differences between melted zone, heat affected zone and base metal of ferritic nodular cast iron which being locally remelted and self-quenched, was heated with laser, to understand the microstructural transformation of nodular cast iron duringlaser remelting. In the experiment set up, a 3mm diameter ferrite nodular cast iron rod was mounted verticallyon a fixture able to revolve and move up and down. The moving speed in z-axis was ranged in 0.1-2mm/sec, the rotation speed was 0-400 rpm, depending on the output power of laser beam. The results of study shows: (1) The microstructures of melted zone are lammelled cemmentite +ferrite and very fine ledeburite, the microhardness reaching 1050 HV, with no graphite. (2) There are martensites in the heat affected zone. (3) The hardening effect in the heat affected zone is related to the carbon diffusion. |
