中文摘要 | 以木油桐(Aleurites montans (Lour.) Wils)為原料,使用水溶性酚甲醛樹脂膠合劑,以高週渡串聯及並聯加熱法製造比重為0.6之三層構造粒片板。探討粒片被板垣用膠量(6,8及10%)與會水率組合變化之誘電特性對粒片板製較之密度結構及製板性質之影響;其結果如下:1.各種組合方式均以粒片板中央之密度最高,向兩側漸漸減少,且心層之密度最高,而以表層密度較低。2.高週渡加熱法製造粒片板時,可利用控制板坯含水率及用膠量,以達成板內特定部位之高密度化。3.內聚強度及木螺絲保持力和CNS-2215之100型粒片板比較時,分別高出3.4~8.2倍及4.4~5.6倍。4.含水率作均勻分佈之17%及合水率組合為15%-20%-15%,用膠量10%之製板硬度及靜曲強度可達CNS-2215之100型要求。5.粒片板理學及機械性質均隨用膠量之增加而改善。 |
英文摘要 | Three layer particleboard were made at panel density of 0.6 g/cm^3 and resin content (RC) level of 6%, 8% and 10%, respectively, by using Wood Oil Tree (Aleurites montana(Lour.) Wils) as raw materials The board were fabricated with water soluble phenol formaldehyde resin adhesive (PF) and heated with high-frequency (HF) in series or parallel setup. The effect of the RC level and the moisture content (MC) on the density properties and the other properties of particleboard were investigated. The results were summarized below: 1. The, higher density were found at the center part, the lower density were at both (the right and left) side parts of particleboard along the perpendicular direction, while the higher density were found at the core layer, the lower density were at the both (the top and bottom) face layers along the thickness direction for all the testing conditions in this study. 2. By properly controlling MC and RC level, the higher density at a specific part of particleboard can be achieved with HF heating. 3. The internal bonding and screw holding strength of particleboards were 3.4-8.2 times and 4.4-5.6 times, respectively, higher than those of Type 100 described in the CNS-2215. 4. The hardness and bending strength of particleboards, that made by the conditions of initial MC distribution of particle-mat are both evenly in the mat (17%) and 15%- 20%- 15% combination of mat with 10% RC level, could meet the requirement for those of Type 100 described in the CNS-2215. 5. The physical and mechanical properties of particleboard were improved as the RC IeveI increased. |
