| 中文摘要 | 為探討二氧化碳處理對水稻穀粒充實期葉片供源強度的影響,本試驗以三個水稻品種(臺農67號、Pegonil及二者回交品系BC₅F₇)為材料,於穀粒發育期間將植株至於340與650vpm之二氧化碳濃度下,調查葉片形成碳水化合物的日變化、葉片在穀粒發育全期形成碳水化合物的變化以及葉片所形成之同化產物轉移情形。試驗結果顯示高二氧化碳處理之水稻葉片每日及穀粒發育全期可形成較多量的醣類及澱粉,植株輸導組織壓出液中所含的醣類濃度亦較高,此結果可能有利於穀粒的發育。 |
| 英文摘要 | In this study, three rice varieties (Tainung 67, Pegonil, and their backcross pedigree BC₅F₇) were used to evaluate the effect of high CO₂ treatment on the source strength of leaves during grain –filling. The plants were treated with either 340 or 650 vpm CO₂. The diurnal or seasonal changes in synthesis and translocation of leaf carbohydrate were examined. The results indicated that high CO₂-treated rice leaves synthesized more sugars and starch than the control Moreover, higher sugar concentration was recorded in the conducting tissue exudate of high CO₂-treatment plant. This phenomenon might be favorable for the growth and development of rice grain. |
