中文摘要 | 本試驗之主要目的在探討高二氧化碳處理(650 vpm C0��)對不同穀粒大 小之水稻品種葉片光合代謝能力之影響。試驗結果發現,短期高二氧化碳處理可 以促進水稻葉片之光合能力,唯二氧化碳自同時影響到氣孔及葉肉細胞之傳導 度。長期之二氧化碳處理雖可促進葉片光合代謝,唯並未能有效抑制水稻葉片之 老化,但老化情形則因高二氧化碳處理而減緩,供試三品種間以大粒種Pegonil 之葉片光合能力較佳。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of CO�� enrichment (650 vpm002) on CO�� exchange rate (CER) of rice leaves. The results indicated that the short term002 treatment increased leaf CER, but decreased stomatal and mesophyll conductances. Longterm CO�� treatment also promoted leaf CER. However, CO�� treatment did not delay leafsenesence, even though more accelerated deterioration was observed in the control plantsduring senescence. Significant cultivar differences existed for leaf CER, with large grain sizecultivar Pegonil tended to have higher activity than the others. |
