中文摘要 | 本實驗探討熱成長氧化膜對316不�袗�耐蝕性之影響。實驗中以300℃ -600℃間之短時間氧化處理作為研究之主題,並藉由Potentiostat分析儀器探討各 處理溫度及時間之電化學性質,經過電化學分析後之試片再作SEM觀察,藉此觀 察材料受腐蝕後之表面狀況,並依據蝕孔之密集度及深度作耐蝕性探討,除此之 外,將材料置於NaCl、HCl、H�特O�略孚輔G中,比較氧化處理及未處理之腐蝕 狀況。 |
英文摘要 | The effect of thermally grown oxide film on the corrosion resistance of AISI 316stainless steel was investigated in this study. The specimen was oxidized under the oxygenpartial pressure of 152 torr, at 300℃-600℃, and for 5min-40min. The corrosion resistancewas tested by electrochemical polarization in 3.5 NaCl solution and the surface morphology of the tested specimen was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) tocompare the depth and density of the pitting. Additionally, immersion test in IN NaCI,HCI, and H�特O�� solution was also performed. |
