中文摘要 | 世界上運轉中的沸水式反應器(以下簡稱Boiling Water Reactors, BWR)其爐心內部組件發生龜裂的事件愈來愈多,影響的組件範圍 也愈來愈廣。其發生裂縫的材料也由早期的敏化304不�袗�(以下簡 稱 304SS),擴大到304低碳不�袗�(以下簡稱304LSS)、347穩定 型不�袗�(以下簡稱347SS)、Alloy 600及Alloy 182等。 本報告擬就整體面將反應器內部組件龜裂問題作一完整回顧,期 望能夠完善掌控反應器內部組件龜裂問題。內容包括:1.前言, 2.各國爐心內部組件破損案例整理分析,3.爐心內部組件龜裂問題 的評估,4.結語。 |
英文摘要 | In the recent years, more and more cracking problems have been found in nuclear reactor core internal components. Damaged components reported in the early days include SRM/IRM/LPRM, dry tube, neutron source holder, jet pump beam, access hole cover and shroud head bolt. Nowadays cracks have been found to occur in shround, top guide and core plate. Other components may also be affected by this irradiation assisted cracking mechanism due to accumulation of critical radiation damage, The susceptible materials include 304S.S., 347S.S., Alloy 600, Alloy 182 and even 304L S.S.. IGSCC and IASCC are both the main threats to components' life. Due to the difficulties in delectability, replacement and maintenance, as well as the importance of these components on plant life and safety, it then become necessary for us to understand the mechanisms of radiation in assisting the cracking and degradation of the core internal structural materials. In addition to mechanism study, the setup of evaluation methods on reliability, the adoption of adequate mitigation technology, and the enforcement of more effective inspection are also required for the further operation. This paper summarized the cracking cases, mechanism studies, evaluation models and experimental data of core internal components, based on thorough literatures review. |
