中文摘要 | 對於口腔顎面區域之手術治療,常造成術後較大區域的骨缺損,影響患者術後之功能及美觀;對於骨缺損之修復,傳統上常用骨骼移植來達成,而近代由於生物材料之發展,人工合成骨骼移植替代物已廣為臨床使用。本研究係採用磷酸三鈣及氫氧磷灰石四比一之混合顆粒,修復狗之下顎骨缺損,分別於種植後三及六個月取下標本,以組織學觀察之方式作研究,其結果顯示此種植體為良好之骨缺損填充物,並有良好之宿主共存性,可升高局部組織之含鈣離子之濃度,然未見有加速骨修復之現象,但與部份膠原纖維仍可共同修復缺損之外形。本研究之結果與過去一些研究結果有相似之處,唯本研究使用之材料顆粒大,可減低流散情形,於臨床使用上可以達到降低種植材成本之經濟效益,若有較長時間的動物實驗結果作為依據,則對於臨床實用將更有助益。 |
英文摘要 | Six adult dogs, measuring 10 ± 2 kgs, were used as experimental subjects. Tricalcium phosphate/Hydroxylapatite mixture particles were implanted in the comtinuity defects on one side of their mandibular, another defect was conjected to oppersite side for control group. All six animals were sacrificed at the end of the 3rd and the sixth month period in sequence. A good tissue response of this implant material in histology was observed, and the bony defect repaired by bone and fibrous tissues with some residual HA implant finally. Although the dissolved TCP could increase the local tissue concentration of the calcium ion, no enhancement of bone formation in the implantation site was observed. The large sized particle of Ostilit ®, Measuring 2.5 mm in diameter, was found with minimal migration after implantation as compared with the pure fine particle of hydroxylapatite. |
