中文摘要 | 本文對壓力鑄造工藝製備的ZnOw/Zn-12Al金屬基複合材料(MMC)進行 量測,結果表明:其硬度、剪切強度及抗磨損性能均較ZA-12合金顯著提高。掃描 電鏡(SEM)研究發現:ZnO鬚晶分佈均勻,基體中層狀組織亦被顯著細化;劃痕磨損 表面粘著的磨屑碎片較少,它是由樣品亞表面基體與鬚晶間界面開裂所致。由於 高強度、再彈性模量ZnO鬚晶凸出物的形成,複合材料抗磨損能力獲得較大幅度 提高。 |
英文摘要 | Squeeze cast technique was used to produce Zn alloy-12Pct Al/ZnOw metal matrix composite(MMC). The experiment showed that the hardness, shear strength and wear resistance of the composite were higher than those of ZA-12 alloy. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) analysis showed that ZnO whiskers were distributed homogeneously within the matrix in which lamellar morphology were refined. At groove surface of the composite the less debris was formed by micro fracture which initiated at the interface of ZnO whiskers / matrix in sub-surface of sample. The protruding ZnOw with high strength and elastic modulus enhanced wear resistance of composite. |
