中文摘要 | 本文平安氏試驗法(Ames test),以Salmonella typhimurium TA98與TA00為測試菌株,探討臺桑二號(Morus alba L. var. acidosa G. cv. Taisang 2)桑葉甲醇萃取物之抗致突變性。結果顯示在0.1~2.5 mg/plate的添加濃度範圍,對TA98與TA100均不具毒性及致突變性。對於aflatoxin B1、benzo[a]pyrene、2-amino-6-methyl-dipyrido(1, 2-a:3':2'-d)imidazole、2-amino-3-methyl-imidazo(4, 5-f)quinoline及3-amino-1, 4-dimethyl-5H-pyridal(4, 3-b)indole等需肝臟酵素代謝活化才具有致突變性之致突變劑,在TA98系統中分吸具有81.8、100.0、82.0、99.4及96.0%的抑制效果;在TA100系統中則分吸為90.4、100.0、87.7、100.0及100.0%。而對於N-methyl-N'-nitroso-guanidine及4-nitrouinoline-N-oxide等不需肝臟酵素及系統代謝活化之值接致突變劑其抑制效果較差,在TA98系統中其抑制效果為25.2及17.2%;在TA100系統中則分別為42.2為31.2%。桑葉甲醇萃取物的抗致突變性是屬於去致突變作用,而非生物抗致突變作用。 |
英文摘要 | The antimutagenicity of methanolic extracts of mulberry leaves (Morus alba L. var. acidosa G. cv. Taisang 2) (MEML) was investigatyed by Ames test using Salmonella typhimurium TA98 and TA100. No toxicity and mutagenicity were found in MEML at the dose of 0.1-2.5 mg/plate. For strain TA98, the inhibitory effect of MEML to indirect mutagens of aflatoxin B1, benzo[a]pyrene, 2-amino-6-methyl-dipyrido(12-a:3':2’-d)imidazole、2-amino-3-methyl-imidazo(4, 5-f)quinoline and 3-amino-1, 4-dimethyl-5H-pyridal(4, 3-b)indole were 81.8, 100.0, 82.0, 99.4 and 96.0%, respectively; whereas for strain TA100, the inhibitory effect was 90.4, 100.0, 87.7, 100.0 and 100.0%, respectively. However the mutagenicity of N-methyl-N'-nitroso-guanidine and 4-nitrouinoline-N-oxidewere slightly inhibited by MEML either toward TA98 or TA100. The antimutagenicity of MEML was due to a desmutagenic action but not a bioantimutagenic action. |
