| 中文摘要 | 將Marquis及Fritz(1964)用以分析老鼠組織中副肉精含量之酵素化學分光光譜法加以修飾並另建立樣品前處理方法應用於牛乳及配方嬰兒乳粉之副肉精定量分析。此法之回收率達95-116。副肉精含量於本省乳牛所產生乳(22件)約2.33-6.13mg/lOOg生乳(或26.30-56.77mg/lOOg乾重),平均為34mg/lOOg乾重,市售鮮乳(6件)為2.13-3.85mg/100g鮮乳,市售配方嬰兒乳粉餅9件)為4.2-14.9mg/100g乳粉。 |
| 英文摘要 | A modified enzyme -spectrophotometry on the determination of carnitine incow milk and infant formula was developed. The recovery of carnitine added toinfant formula was 95-116. Bared on this method the carnitine content of twenty-two cow milk samplesof different sources ranged from 2.33 to 6.13 mg/1OOg sample (or 26.3-56. 77mg/100g dry base), the average was 34 mg/100g dry base; six commercial freshsamples and nine commercial infant formulas ranged 2.13-3.85 and 4.2-14.9 mg/l00g, respectively. |
