中文摘要 | 本實驗之目的在於探討膳食磷脂質(PL)是否會對老鼠脂質代謝有所影響。實驗中分別採用蛋黃磷脂質(EPL)與黃豆磷脂質(SPL)為較飽和與較不飽和之PL來源,以比較不同來源之PL對脂質代謝之影響是否有所不同?本實驗並分別以添加或不添加膽固醇(CS,來比較SPL在不同實驗條件下的效果;除此之外,本實驗另有一組添加Choline,探討身體是否能利用之合成PL,而與膳食PL有相似效果?結果顯示,SPL組之血漿三酸甘油酯(TG)、膽固醇(CS)與肝臟TG均低於EPL組。當飼料添加1CS時,會使肝臟TG與CS極顯著上升(P<0.01),此時SPL的投予可使肝脂質濃度下降,但仍高於未添加CS之黃豆油對照組。飼料中未含CS時,SPL之血脂質和肝脂質與黃豆油對照組相同,但是EPL則使血漿TG及CS,與肝臟TG較對照組與SPL組高(p<0.05)。由此可知,在飼料不含CS時,兩種不同飽和度的PL對血脂質與肝脂質之影響不同。並且只有在攝取高CS情況下,SPL才具改善脂質代謝的效果。Choline的添加使血漿高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-CS)高於其它各組,且其血漿TG和肝臟TG均低於EPL組,而血漿HDL-CS濃度高於EPL組,與SPL組相似。Choline的添加若與黃豆油對照組相較,除了其HDL-CS較高外,並不影響其它的血或肝脂質。 |
英文摘要 | This study was to investigate the effects of dietary phospholipids (PL) onplasma and liver lipids in rats. Egg yolk PL (EPL) and soybean PL (SPL) wereused as saturated and unsaturated PL sources to compare the metabolic effectsof various PL. In addition, the effects of SPL in the presence or absence ofadditional dietary cholesterol (CS) were also compared in SPL groups. A groupof rats were fed a diet supplemented with a level of choline corresponding to thePL diet. The results demonstrated that rats fed the SPL had lower plasma triacyiglycerol (TG) levels and lower liver TG content than those of the EPL group.Adding 1 CS in feed increased liver TG and CS significantly (p < 0.01). SPLcould reduce this increase, but the level was still higher than the soybean oilcontrol group (SO). In the abscence of additional dietary CS, the plasma andliver lipid levels of the SPL group were comparative to the ones of the SO group. However, Plasma TG and CS as well as the liver TG of the EPL group were higher than those of SO and SPL groups. Thus, SPL and EPL had different effects on plasma and liver lipids when rats were fed CS-free diets. It hasalso been observed that only under high CS intake condition, SPL could show its beneficial effect on lipid metabolism. The plasma HDL-CS level of rats fed thecholine supplemented diet were significantly higher than that of the remaining groups. Dietary choline supplementation increased plasma HDL-CS, but did not change lipid measurements in liver when compared with SO group. |
