中文摘要 | 除第一型卜特蘭水泥外,本研究所用主要試驗材料尚包括鋼纖、F型強 塑劑及台電F級飛灰。基於強度及經濟性考量,每立方公尺混凝土水泥量一般為 600公斤,飛灰取代量或添加量最高為水泥量之30,強塑劑用量至多為膠結材料 重量之1,鋼纖量至多為混凝土體積之1.5,試驗項目為高溫試驗,試驗參數則為 材料配比及養護方法。 試驗結果顯示,當混凝土28天設計強度定為280至560公斤/平方公分,水泥量可以 600公斤為基點,然後以飛灰取代部分水泥或額外添加飛灰來提高混凝土長期強 度及降低容器製作成本,並添加鋼纖來改善混凝土韌性,以及摻用強塑劑降低水 灰比,本研究所製作之10x20公分圓柱型試體,具有良好耐高溫之性能。 |
英文摘要 | In addition to type I Portland cement, materials used inthis research include steel fiber, type F Superplasticizer andclass F fly ash of Taipower Company. Based on theconsideration of concrete strength and fabricatiion cost,cement content of 600kg/ml is adopted. The replacementpercentage of cement by fly ash or the additiion percentage offly ash is up to 30 percent, by weight. The maximum dosage of superplasticizer is 1 of cementitous material, by weight. Steel fiber of up to 1.5 of concrete volume is added. Theexperimental topic is high temperature test and the testingparameters consist of mix proportion and curing type. To achieve the required 28-day compressive strength of280 - 560 kg/cm�� cement content of 600 kg is chosen and fly ashis added by eithr replacement or addition for enhancinglong-term strength and lowering fabricatiion cost. Moreover,the use of steel fiber and superplasticizer can respectivelyimprove toughness and reduce water-cement ratio. The testresults indicate cylindrical specimens of 10x20 cm exhibitsatisfactory ability against the action resulting from thevariation of temperautre. |
