中文摘要 | 為解決現有低射性廢料鋼桶損壞問題及因應蘭嶼貯存埸未能擴建、現代化核廢料 倉庫未能合法啟用所引發之問題,臺電公司核能後端營運處及電力綜合研究所合 作進行低放射性核廢料混凝土容器研製計畫。本文為此研製計畫之部分成果,主 要內容包括混凝土容器設計考量及製作過程。 本研究所開發之貨櫃型混凝土容器,其主要組成材料包括第一型卜特蘭水泥、 F級飛灰、鋼纖維及強塑劑。混凝土容器內儲存之低射性廢料固化體須符合「低 放射性廢料體品質規範」要求,且儲存於55加侖碳鋼桶內。每一容器至多儲放12 個55加侖碳鋼桶,容器堆盤高度至多五層,容器可露儲於沿海地區。 |
英文摘要 | To solve the problems resulting from the possible damage of steel drum containing low level radioactive waste and to find out the alternative in case that the capacity of Lanyu radwaste storage site can not be enlarged and that the use of modern storage building is not permitted by local authorities, the Nuclear End Department and Power Research Institute of Taiwan Power Company have collaboratively executed a research program entitled "Fabrication of concrete container for low level radwastes." This report is a part of the research results and the main contents include design considerations as well as fabrication process. The primary constituent materials of the freight concrete container developed in this research are composed of Type I portland cement, class F fly ash, steel fiber and superplasticizer. The low level radwaste solids in the concrete container have to meet the requirements of "Rule for Low Level Radioactive Waste Quality" and to be stored in 55-gallon steel drums. Each container can at most store twelve 55-gallon steel drums. The maximum stacking layer is five and container can be placed outdoors near ocean area. |
