| 中文摘要 | 本文係針對氧化鋁陶瓷無電鍍鎳前之活化處理提出改進的方法,即直接將蝕刻後之陶瓷試片浸入PdCl₂溶液中活化處理以取代現有的處理方法。實驗證明PdCl₂溶液中的Pd²⁺離子會被蝕刻後產生於試片表面之極性基(Si-OH)捕獲並形成錯合物,而在含有強還原劑的無電鍍鎳浴中,此錯合的Pd²⁺將先被還原成具催化作用之Pd⁰來起始鎳的析出;而在鍍浴中鎳的析出速率則與現有方法相當。 |
| 英文摘要 | An improved method is presented to activate alumina ceramics before electroless nickel plating. Etched ceramics is immersed directly into PdCl₂solution instead of conventional method. Experimental results showed that Pd²⁺ ions from PdCl₂solution are captured by the polar group (Si-OH) form complex compounds (ceramic-complexed Pd²⁺) on etched ceramics surface. In an electroless nickel plating bath with strong reducing agent, the ceramic-complexed Pd²⁺ will be reduced to Pd0⁰ which then acts as a catalyst to initiate deposition of nickel. There is no much difference in deposition rates between the two methods. |
