| 英文摘要 | The effects of process parameters on the deposition rate of nickel, phosphorous, and evolution rate of hydrogen were investigated as well as a comparison being made with the theoretical analysis of the proposed model. The two- phase mixed kinetic model for hypophosphite reduced electroless nickel plating was developed, which includes homogeneous reactions in bulk solution and heterogeneous reactions on the substrate surface. The experimental results were sufficiently correlated well with the theoretical analysis, as indicated from both qualitative analysis and kinetic analysis. The proposed mixed kinetic model has provided a more complete insight into the kinetic behaviors of hypophosphite-reduced electroless nickel plating than the previous models have. |
