| 中文摘要 | 由於處理團礦及粉鐵礦在原料供應價格上的差異所造成利基與近年來新煉鐵製程 的發展,以流化床方式還原鐵礦石已被積極探討,特別是在部份新直接還原鐵製程如 FlNMET,ClRCORED及Iron Carbide最近已在進行或已商業化,故顯得流化床方式還原鐵礦 石愈益重要。本文將介紹幾種流化床還原鐵礦石製程及概述於這幾種鐵礦石流化床發生的較 重要現象,如粉化、還原、分級及黏聚。 |
| 英文摘要 | As the cost advantage on material utilization of fine iron ore in comparison with lump ore and pellets and the development of new iron making process, fluidized bed type direct reduction processes are studied again. In particular, recently various fluidized bed direct reduction processes as FINMET, CIRCORED and Iron Carbide were commercialized, iron ore fluidized bed reduction processes are gaining importance. This paper introduces several types of fluidized bed iron ore reduction process and various important phenomenon happened on reduction process i.e. degradation, reduction, separation and agglomeration. |
