中文摘要 | 本研究以高壓液相層析儀進行探討Cefmetazole sodium及ranitidine HCl於5%葡萄糖靜脈注射輸送液中之化學特性,以5%葡萄糖靜脈注射輸送液配製含Cefmetazole 5.0 mg/ml及ranitidine 0.5 mg/ml之靜脈注射混合液,分別於4℃及25℃ 之不同條件下儲存,於0.5,2,10,17,24,48及72小時,分別取樣2 ml予以測定pH值及外觀之觀察外,同時以發展之安定性指示分析法對Cefmetazole及ranitidine分別予以定量。 實驗結果顯示,Cefmetazole及ranitidine HCl於5%葡萄糖靜脈注射輸送液中,於25℃ 條件下,僅可儲存10小時,然於4℃條件下,至少可儲存48小時。 |
英文摘要 | The chemical stability of cefmetazole sodium and ranitidine HCl in 5% dextrose injection stored at 2 temperatures was studied. Cefmetazole sokium and ranitidine HCl were reconstituted or diluted with 5% dextrose injection to form an admixture with a cefmetazole 5.0 mg/ml and a rantidine 0.5 mg/ml. The admixture was stored in 100 ml vented i.v. containers in the dark at 4 and 25℃; three containers were stored at each temperature. A 2 ml sample was taken from each containers after 0.5, 2, 10, 17, 24, 48, and 72 hours of storage and visually inspected, tested for pH, and assayed by a stability-indicating high-performance liquid chromatographic method. Triplicate studies were done for each storage condition. At both temperatures, drug concentrations varied by less than 10.0% during the study period. No precipitation or cloudiness was observed for any of the solutions under any of the storage conditions. However, after 24 hours storage at 25℃, the admixtures had turned light yellow. Cefmetazole 5.0 mg/ml and ranitidine 0.5 mg/ml in admixtures in 5% dextrose injection are stable only 10 hours at 25℃ and 48 hours at 4℃. |
