中文摘要 | 本試驗的目的係測定60隻小耳種蘭嶼系豬的血液值,包括紅血球總數(erythrocyte, RBC)、血球容積比(hemocrit, PCV)、白血球總數(leucocyte, WBC)及血紅素濃度(hemoglobin, Hb),其平均測定值及測定範圍分別為7.00=1.02、2.91~9.39 (106/μl),39.72±5.39、18.85~57.30 (%),18.03±5.83、5.35~42.10 (103/μl),15.58±4.52、8.60~28.55 (g/dl)。血清成分方面,則包括鈣離子濃度(calcium, Ca-)、總蛋白質(total protein)、肌酸酐(creatinine)、白蛋白(albumin)、三酸甘油脂(triglyceride)及膽固醇(cholesterol)等含量,其平均測定值及測定範圍分別為2.37±0.24、1.78~3.03 (mmole/l),8.42±1.03、1.04~10.56 (g/dl),1.79±0.49、0.89~5.82 (mg/dl),4.11±0.47、2.62~5.22 (g/dl),35.89±13.72 (mg/dl),及88.58±19.77 (mg/dl)。 本試驗依季節不同,分別採血測定小耳種蘭嶼系豬之各項血液生狂值,與桃園豬或本省環境下飼養的洋種豬比較,結果顯示;紅血素總數、血球容積比及血紅素濃度均較高,白血球總數則偏低;而血清成分中,鈣離子濃度及膽固偏低,而總蛋白質則有較高的現象,但與其他文獻上之豬血液分析值相近。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study is to set up the blood profile of Lanyu pig in Taiwan. Sixty Lanyu pigs with 1 year and 2 years of age were investigated. The blood samples were collected in October of 1991 and January, April and July of 1992, respectively. Haematological values were determined, and the mean ± standard deviation and its range were ; RBC, (7.00±1.02)×105μl and (2.91~9.39)×106/μl; PCV, (39.72±5.39)% and (18.85~57.30)%; WBC, (18.03±5.83)×103/μl and (5.35~42.10)×103/μl; and Hb, (15.58±4.52)g/dl and (8.60-28.55)g/dl, respectively. The biochemical values were analyzed. The mean ± standard deviation and its range of calcium were (2.37±0.24)mmol/l and (1.78~3.03)mmol/l; cholesterol, (88.58±19.77)md/dl and (33.61~182.40) mg/dl; abumin, (4.11±0.47)g/dl and (2.62~5.22)g/dl; total protein, (8.42±1.03)g/dl and (1.04~10.56)g/dl; creatinine, (1.79±0.49)mg/dl and (0.89~5.82)mg/dl; triglyceride, (35.89±13.72)mg/dl and (10.32~90.91)mg/dl. Comparing the blood profile of Lanyu pig with the other breeds in Taiwan, the RBC, PCV and Hb concentration were higher, and the WBC were lower. The season effects existed for all of blood profile of Lanyu pig in Taiwan, The RBC and PCV were affected by the environment more than age, the other profile were also affected by the age of Lanyu pigs. |
