| 中文摘要 | 蔥薊馬為分布世界的雜食性害蟲,其在本省主要加害蔥類作物。除直接吸食植物汁液外,蔥薊馬亦可傳播多種病毒。二種不同藥劑處理洋蔥試驗指出40%丁基加保扶可濕性粉劑800倍與1200倍對蔥薊馬的防治,雖然第一、二次施藥後效果均顯著高於50%培丹粉劑1000倍之防治率(P<0.05),但第二、三次施藥時處理區蟲數已甚低,故各藥劑的防治率均低於31%。因此南部洋蔥栽植區,蔥薊馬大量發生時,只要連續施藥兩次,即可達抑制害蟲的效果。另經由不同估算公式比較得知Abbott之防治百分率法仍屬最適宜的藥效估算方法。惟施藥前後若對照組蟲數改變太大,甚或改變其田間分布類型時,可考慮用積變分析來判別不同處理的差異。如果再加以信賴區間的估算將更有助於提高各藥效推論的可信度。 |
| 英文摘要 | Onion thrips (Thrips tabaci Lindeman) is a polyphagous and cosmopolitan pest, which primarily infesting Allium crops in Taiwan. In this report, three insecticidal treatments were tested in onion field. The efficacy of 40% Carbosulfan W.P. 800 X and 1200 X were significantly higher than that of 50% Cartap 1000 X in first and second application (P < 0.05). Because the number of thrips was reduced rapidly after the first application, the control percentage of all insecticides were lower than 31% after the second and third application. Thus, two applications are enough to suppress the thrips whenever the insects appearance during the onion growing season. The percent control calculated by Abbott's formula was proved as the best method to describe the insecticide efficacy. However, when the number of insect being greatly changed or the redistribution of the survivors occurring after chemical application, the analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was recommended to distinguish the difference of efficiencies. Moreover, the accuracy about our inference of insecticide efficacy can be improved if the confidence intervals for the Abbott's formula was provided. |
