中文摘要 | 為瞭解Diclazuril對採食量僅為肉雞三分之一的放山土雞球蟲病之緊急治療效力,以5週齡臺灣商用雜交放山土雞公母各84隻各予均分成6組(每組各14隻)。其中第1,2,3,4和5組之每隻雞經口接種Eimeria tenella芽胞化新鮮卵囊一萬個,並於其所飼餵飼料中分別添加diclazuril 2.0、1.5、1.25、1.0及0.0 ppm,另第6組為未接種未給藥對照;於感染後每天觀察排出血便情形,並於每8-12日檢查糞便中之卵囊數,連續投藥後第8週,將全部試驗雞隻稱重後剖檢,並稱取其消耗飼料量供計算飼料效率。結果公母各4組給藥組之平均日增重均顯著地較未給藥之感染組為高(P<0.01),未給藥之感染組之飼料效率顯著(P<0.05)低於各藥劑添加組及未感染對照組,各給藥組之採料量與藥物添加量成正比,正血便之排放和每克糞便卵囊數量反而降低。以上述劑量進行放山土雞(36,000隻,8組)田間試驗,結果以飼料中添加2.0或1.5 ppm diclazuril組較能有效的治療控制及預防球蟲病之發生。Diclazuril對臺灣商用放山土雞球蟲病之防治效力與藥物添加量成正比,對雞之發育增重無不利影響。 |
英文摘要 | In order to evaluate various doses of Diclazuil for emergent uses of native chickens whose feed intake are one third of broilers, 168 native chickens with 5 weeks of age were divided into 6 groups. Each group had 2 replications, each replication had 14 chickens, total 12 column position, male and female evenly. All the chickens (in groups1~group5) was inoculated with 1.0 × 104 sporulated E. tenella oocysts them fed with the feed supplemented with variant levels containing of Diclazuil at 2.0, 1.5, 1.25, 1.0 or 0.0 ppm, respectively. Group 6 was untreated-uninoculated control. To compare and observe bleeding of clearing out every day after infected and check oocysts of feces every 8-12day, and to adding consecutive to the eight weeks and half chicks were necropsied 10 days after inoculation, and weigh consuming feed intake to calculate feed efficiency. As a result, In means day weight gain, 4 male and 4 female treated groups compared with untreated inoculated control(UIC) significantly increased (P<0.01). In feed efficiency significantly decreased when diets were untreated inoculated control (P<0.05). In feed intake significantly increased when diets were supplemented with 2.0 ppm、1.5 ppm、1.25 ppm、1.0 ppm and 0.0 ppm(UUC), and bleeding of clearing out and oocysts of per gram feces decreased. With above dosed proceed with field test and 2.0 ppm or 1.5 ppm diclazuril group efficiently control and prevent coccidiosis. Diclazuril is direct proportion to prevention efficacy and supplemented doses of native chickens coccidiosis, and no bad influence on weight gain of chickens. |
