中文摘要 | 本文旨在利用數值解析及模型實驗,探討多孔鉚釘接合之複材積層板,於承受均 勻面內壓縮負荷作用時之挫曲強度。在數值解析方面,本文將鉚釘簡化為一彈性節點,以積 層板理論為基礎,配合八節點同參數殼元素之有限元素法來分析複材積層板,探討各鉚釘間 距之變化對挫曲強度之影響。 在實驗方面,則以 T-300 Gr/Ep 預浸布為材料,選擇一組鉚 釘間距之尺寸製造試片,在均勻面內壓縮負荷作用下,探討其挫曲行為。由本文數值解析與 實驗結果之比較,驗證本文之解析模式具有相當程度之精確性。 |
英文摘要 | The numerical and experimental study of buckling strength of multipin- loaded composites under in-plane compressive load were conducted. For saving the computer time and memory in numerical analysis, pin joints were modeled to Delastic nodes. An equivalent stiffness of spring was used to replace the pin joint. The eight nodes isoparametric shell element and the classical laminated plate theory were used in the finite element method. Effects of span of pin joints on the buckling strength of composites were investigated. Experimments on buckling strength of composites was conducted. T-300 Gr/Ep preprag was selected to manufacture the specimen with a specified set of span of pin joints. The experimental and numerical results were compared and discussed. |
