中文摘要 | 就聚酯織物減量處理時,有關苛性鈉濃度、浴比、加工時間、溫度及促進劑用量對減量率及汙染值之關係,來探討其減量廢液之有效處理方法及評估其處理成本。由實驗結果得知,其單位污染量為1.99gw COD / gw損失布重。比外對苛性鈉的使用效率亦加以探討,以期減少苛性鈉之使用。在減量廢液之處理上,以酸化處理法及生物處理法較有效。降低處理成本上,則以提高鹼的利用率及降低鹼之操作濃度,是最直接有效的途徑之一。 |
英文摘要 | The optimum relationships of percent caustic, liquor ratio, time, tempera-ture and amount of accelerant in polyester fabric caustic treatment versus the fabric's weight loss ratio and unit pollution values were studied. From experiemtal results , it showed the unit pollution value was 1.99 gw COD / gw (loss fabric). As for removing pollutants from waste water, it also s-howed that acidic and biological treatments were more effectively. In reduc-ing the treatment cost, one of the most effective way was to enhance the efficiency and to lower the concentration of soda. |
