中文摘要 | 囊叢枝菌根菌具有促進作物生長與增加產量等效益,已被應用為生物肥料;但以傳統盆缽砂耕法生產接種源,卻遭遇接種源難以大量生產,體積與重量均較龐大,且易遭病原菌污染等困擾。本研究乃將菌根化紅豆植株以無酬栽培方式繁殖菌根菌,期生產潔淨無污染之菌根接種源。結果顯示,於三角瓶內以營養液無菌栽培紅豆植株,接種菌根菌六十天後,根表面已產生大量孢子。氣霧耕栽培紅豆菌根其產孢量顯著優於水耕栽培者。三種供試營養液中,以栽培於0.52強度含1/4磷之霍格蘭氏營養液之菌根產孢量多於0.5強度含全磷之霍格蘭氏營養液及臺肥水耕營養液者。供試菌根菌中,以Glomus etunicatum及G. fasciculatum產孢量多於G. mosseae者。 |
英文摘要 | Vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (VAMF) have been utilized as biofertilizer for their effect on the improvement of the growth and yield of many crops. However, the mycorrhizal inoculums was not conveniently mass produced by traditional sand-based pot culture technique and frequently contaminated by different microorganisms. In addition, the volume and weight of inoculum produced by sand culture were sometimes too large to carry and utilized. In this experiment, mycorrhizal adzuki bean seedlings grew in soilless culture to produce clean inoculums. The results showed that VAMF chlamydospores were produced on the surface of adzuki bean roots in Erlenmeyer flasks after 60 days since inoculated with VAMF. The spore production by aerologic culture was significantly more than those by nutrient flow culture. Spore production in the culture of 0.5 strength Hoagland’s solution containing 1/4 amount of phosphate was better than that of 0.5 strength Hoaglan’s solution containing normal amount of phosphate or Taifei nutrient solution. Among the three species of VAMF used in this study, spore productions of Glomus etunicatum and G. fasciculatum were more abundant than that of G. mosseae. |
