中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的為分析毛豆莢果、子粒發育與開花習性之關係,內容包括開花分佈、結莢果特性及開花早晚對莢果與子粒發育之影響。以毛豆品種高雄選一號及綠光二個品種為材料,於1989~1991年春、秋兩季種植臺中地區,分別以盆栽及田間栽培進行。試驗結果顯示始花期與盛花期因品種、期作不同而有明顯差異,春作較秋作延遲,每日開花數秋作比春作集中;開花數多,落花、落莢也多,此在品種間或不同期作均呈相同之反應。主莖的結莢數高於分枝。植冠層次間的開花數、結莢數、每株莢果及子粒乾重皆以下層最多,單一莢果和子粒乾重則顯示著生上層莢果最重、子粒較大,此說明莢果生長速率或種子充實速率均隨植冠層次往上而有逐次增大的趨勢。從開花劃分之結果知悉,從開花群結莢率高,莢果及子粒亦較晚開花群的莢果子粒較重。子粒重量不同的差異由子葉細胞顯示小粒種仁細胞生長不足,缺乏同化物質累積。造成此一原因可能是愈晚形成的莢果,因葉片生理活性的降低,光合成能力的減退,以致種仁可獲得的同化物質不足分配而抑制細胞的發育。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this experiment was to analyze the relationship of pods development with the flowering habit in vegetable soybean. The cultivars Kaohsiung Selection No. 1 and Ryo-kukou were used to investigate their characters in flowing, podding and development of seeds from R1 to R6 stage. The results showed flower beginning data and full blooming were significant differences between crops and among cultivars. The fall crops had more flowers than the spring crops. In general, the more flowers the plants produced the higher the podding between the main stem and branches, it was found more pods were produced on the stem than on the branches in both cultivars. Along the canopy the lower layer produced more pods and had a higher seed dry weight per plants. However, the podding percentage in the upper layer and middle layer were more than lower layer and had a higher dry weight per pod or per seed. Apparently, the pod growth rate was highest in the upper canopy, presumably due to a higher availability of photoassimilate. Cytological studies on the different seed weight showed that cotyledon cell of the large seed had sufficient assimilate to fill as well as cell volume was greater than that of the small seed. |
