中文摘要 | 若要有效控制排煙脫硫系統的操作條件,和提高系統的除硫效率,必須 經常對石灰石的純度,運轉過程之石灰石漿,和吸收產物石膏做化學成分分析。 如採用傳統之濕式分析方法,試驗步驟繁瑣又耗時費力,且無法分析石灰石漿 中,硫酸鈣與亞硫酸鈣固溶體的含量。因此本研究利用TGA-DSC熱分析方法,對 石灰石、石膏和石灰石漿進行分析,俾建立FGD系統相關化學組成快速分析技術。 試驗結果顯示熱分析試驗的主要操作條件為樣品質量、高溫爐之升溫速率、和導 入氣體種類,次要條件為通人氣體流量、參考物、和坩堝材質。較佳的條件如下, 使用樣品10mg升溫速率10℃/min坩鍋材質採用Al�烙�陛A並以Al�烙�鬲偽悁猁哄C 試驗時通人氣體的種類,因樣品之熱反應性不同而異,量測石膏及亞硫酸鈣之脫 水反應以靜態空氣為佳,亞硫酸鈣之氧化反應則通人流動空氣或氧氣皆可。量測 碳酸鈣熱解釋出二氧化碳之反應,則需視碳酸鈣的含量而定,當碳酸鈣是主成分 時以導入二氧化碳為宜,若碳酸鈣為次成分時則宜通入流動空氣。氣體流量則可 定於100cc/min。 |
英文摘要 | To optimize the operating condition and to promote the efficiency ofdesulfurization, it is necessary to analyze the chemical compositions oflimestone, limestone slurry, and final products of FGD system. Traditional analyzing methods are laborious, time-wasting and unable to makethe stoichiometric analysis for the calcium sulfite/sulfate solid solution.Therefore, a modern computer-controlled thermorgravimetric analysismethod was employed in this study to slove the exisiting problems. The results reveal that the dominant operating parameters are thesample weight, heating rate, and the category of gasses, and the secondary parameters are the gas flow rate, refering material, and the cruciblematerial. A series of suitable parameters are suggested as followings.Sample weight is 10 mg, heating rate is 10℃/min, the refering material ispure Al�烙��, and an alumina crucible is used as sample pan. Various gassescan be used in the heating step, which include CO�� for limestone, dynamicair for the oxidation of CaSO��, and static air for the dehydration of CaSO�� and CaSC��. The gas can be purged at a rate of 100cc/min. |
