| 中文摘要 | 燃油發電廠為了有效控制煙氣注氨系統的注氨量,必須經常分析油灰中 硫酸氫銨及硫酸銨的成分,若採用傳統的化學濕式分析方法,試驗步驟不但繁瑣 又耗時費力,且不易精確地分析油灰中硫酸銨及硫酸銨的含量。因此本研究利用 TGA-DSC熱分析儀,提出另一簡易分析方法。 研究結果顯示硫酸氫銨在148.6℃融熔,在280℃到458℃間分解。而硫酸銨會先在 223℃到295℃間分解釋出NH�陛A和形成硫酸氫銨,緊接著在295℃到444℃間硫酸 氫銨會再分解氣化逸失。因此可應用硫酸氫銨及硫酸銨不同的熱分解性質,簡單 且準確的對油灰中硫酸氫銨及硫酸銨進行定性與定量分析。 |
| 英文摘要 | To optimize the amount of NH�� injection into the flue gasfor scrubbing SO�� in the oil fired power plants, it is necessaryto analyze the chemical compositions of oil ash. However, thetraditional chemical analyzing methods are labor-loading,time-consuming, and difficult to make the stoichiometric analysis for the ammonium hydrogen sulfate [(NT�淡SO��) andammonium sulafte [(NH��)�� SO�淫, therefore, a computer controlled TGA-DSC is employed in this study to slove analysisproblems. The test results showed that the peaks of TGA-DSCanalysis for the oxidation of oil ash, and the decomposition of(NH��)HSO)�� and (NH��)�特O�� were not overlapped, the phase of(NH��)HSO�� was changed at around 148.6 ℃ and decomposed attemperature from 280℃ to 458℃, (NH��)�特O�� was first decomposed to NH�� gas and (NH��)HSO�� at temperature from 222℃ to295 ℃, and the ammonium hydrogen sulfate was released attemperature from the 295 ℃ to 444℃. Therefore, TGADSC method can be applied to do qualitative and quantitative analysis for the content of (NH��)HSO�� and (NH��)�特O�� inoil ash. |
