英文摘要 | With the ushering of the new information era, librarians have become positiveagents rather than the traditionally passive library workers. That means therelationships between the librarians and the readers have become closer than ever.Therefore, the "communication" techniques turn out to be an essential capability ofmodern librarians. This article will analyze the causes of the difficulties in thecommunication and the solutions for the problems. And there are proposals for thetraining of the communication ability on the part of librarians. |
