中文摘要 | 本實驗之目的在探討各種生物技術合成難消化性寡醣與聚糊精對排便情形與糞臭素產生的影響。遴選不吸煙、不喝酒的年輕的男子50人(20-26歲)為寶驗對象。將受試者隨機分成5組,每組10人,按原飲食習慣,但限制膳食纖維之普通飲食18天,且每天飲用10克不同寡醣或多醣類配製成之飲料,包括果寡醣-1、果寡醣-2、異麥芽寡醣、半乳寡醣或聚糊精。於實驗前14天開始記錄排便情形;前於實驗期第1及18天收集糞便,以氣相色層分析儀GC)檢測糞便中�o��(Indole)與對甲酚(p-Cresol,約含量。結果顯示,異麥芽寡醣、半乳寡醣與聚糊精可明顯降低糞便中對甲酚含量下降(p<0.05)。各組皆具有改善排便障礙力面之正 面效果。 |
英文摘要 | The effects of biotechnically synthesized oligosaccharides and polydextrose ondefecation and putrefactive metabolites in human beings were investigated. Fiftyyoung volunteers were divided into five groups, with ten subjects in each group.All subjects were on their normal diet but with a relatively restricted amount ofdietary fiber for 18 days. During the period, 10 g/day of either fructooligosaccharide-1, fructooligosaccharide-2, isomatooligosacchride, galactooligosaccharide orpolydextrose was given to each subject of each group. The fecal putrefactivemetabolites (indole and p-cresol) were determined by gas chromatography. Thedefecation status was recorded 14 days before the experiment commenced and fillto the end of the experiment. Results showed that p-cresol content was reduced(p < 0.05) in isomaltooligosaccharide, galactooligosaccharide and polydextrose indigested fed groups. Isomaltooligosaccharide fed group had significantly (p < 0.05)lower indole content. Constipation condition was improved in all five groups. |
