中文摘要 | 本文敘述以高速火焰熔射技術(High Velocity Oxy-Fuel Spraying,簡稱 HVOF)在410不鏽鋼被覆WC/Co及NiCrBSi高硬度塗層,並藉著ASTMG-32超音波振 動穴蝕測試(Vibratory Cavitation Erosion Test)方式,由材料重量損失及表面粗糙度 變化的量測,來評估塗層的耐穴蝕性。研究結果發現NiCrBSi塗層的穴蝕損失量 最少,並且優於410不鏽鋼及SS41碳鋼裸材。WC/Co塗層則不適合用於有穴蝕場 合。對同一塗層而言,鍵結強度及硬度高者,抗穴蝕性較佳口降低塗層表面粗糙 度,可大幅減少穴蝕的損失。本研究並將NiCrBSi塗層實際應用在天埤尾水管表 面上,預備於下年度進行塗層的耐穴蝕效果追蹤。 |
英文摘要 | HVOF sprayed NiCrBSi and WC-Co coatings on 410 stainless steelwere evaluated by vibratory cavitation erosion tests. The coatingcavitation performance was examined by weight-loss and surfaceroughness. The results indicated that NiCrBSi coating was morecavitation-resistant than 410 stainless steel, bare carbon steland WC-Co coating. For the same coating, cavitation resistance isaffected by bonding strength and microhardness. When coating iswell ground, cavitation loss can be reduced effectively. NiCrBSicoating had been sprayed on the draft tube of Tien-Bay Hydraulic PowerStation and will be observed periodically. |
