中文摘要 | 本研究以認知心理學的學習理論及建構主義的學習模式為基礎,利用相 似圖形中,對應線段長度比值相等的特性,設計出可以讓兒童在螢幕上,動手繪 製任一放大、縮小的相似圖形,及可以直接測量每一對對應漫長的電腦輔助學習 情境。使兒童在此情境裡,可以從做數學(doing mathematics)中,進行探索 (explore)、估測(conjecture)、推理(reason)的活動,進而尋找出類型(pattern)、建立 出架構(framework)以形成比與比值的概念。此種以認知學習理論及建構主義的學 習模式為引導的學習情境設計,旨在提供給學習者一個真實的活動(authenuc activity)情境,以利學習者察覺兩量共變的現象、發現兩量共變的關係、建構出 兩量共變的規則,而後形成比與比值的概念,進而奠定比例概念學習的基礎 |
英文摘要 | Based on learning theories of cognitive psychology and learning models ofconstructivism, the present study design a computer assisstant instructional program inorder to help students learn the concept of rates in mathematics. The arrangement of thelearning material and activity in the program Is borrowed from the Idea that between apair of similar figures, such as lines, triangles, and squares, the same ratio can alwaysbe obtained from the corresponding lines between the pair of the similar figures. Also,in the program, children are allows to draw either larger or smaller pairs of similar figures,and to measure directly each line of the figures. This program provides children a learning situation. In which children can learnmathematics by doing, by exploring, by conjecturing, and by reasoning. Through theselearning processes, children are possibly to find out patterns, to build up framework, andto construct the concept of ratio and proportion. During such an authentic activity,learners will be aware of the phenomenon of covariation between two variables, discoverthe relationship of covariation between two variables, construct the rule of covaraitionbetween two variables, and form the concept of rates and ratio. Those senses concepts arepreconditional knowledge for children to learn the concept of proportion. |
