中文摘要 | 本研究自台灣赤楊天然林之根瘤分離出十二種固氮放線菌品系,AfI �砥BAfI�瓷BAfI�f-AfI��-AfI�煄BAfI�滿BAfI�E、AfI�癒BAfI��-AfI��-AfI�荃窗B 及AfI�╮C接種試驗證實,各固氮放線菌株對不同種子組台灣赤楊幼苗之親和性 有相當之差異。其中以AfI�瓷BAfI�f、AfI�癒BAfI�活B及AfI�荃筒T氮放線菌 株,對台灣赤楊幼苗具有較高之親和性,AfI�砥BAfI�唌BAfI�煄B及AfI�6蒏� 者次之,AfI�滿B-AfI�E、及AfI�痤蒏隤怓偃怬C。且各菌株與原分離赤楊種子 組有高專一性。高親和性之固氮放線菌與台灣赤楊幼苗共生形成較多之有效根 瘤,且其固氮速率較高,平均為每克乾重根瘤每小時4.3±0.5微摩爾乙烯。親和 性較低之固氮放線菌與台灣赤楊幼苗共生形成少量有效根瘤,且其固氮速率較 低,平均為每克乾重根瘤每小時3.4±0.6微摩爾乙烯。根瘤之微細構造顯示,有 效根瘤內有許多橢圓形之包囊,其直徑為1.5~5.8μm。與高親和性固氮放線菌共生 之台灣赤楊苗木,其生物量較高,平均為每株 23.6±1.8克乾重。與低親和性固 氮放線菌共生者,其生物量較低,平均為每株 5.7±1.4克乾重。接種高親和性之 固氮放線菌於台灣赤楊幼苗,可以增進苗木之高生長、根瘤固氮作用、及生物量 之生產。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, 12 Frankia strains, i.e.,AfI�砥BAfI�瓷BAfI�f、AfI�唌BAfI �煄B AfI�滿BAf�E、Af�癒BAf�琚BAf�活BAf�荃窗B and AI�� were isolatedfrom aCtinorhizal root nodules collected from natural stands of Formosanalder (Ainus formosana Mak.). Inoculation test demonstrated that therewere variations in compatibility among Frank i a strains and alder seedlingsof different seed lots. Among them, AtI�� 、AtI�f 、AtI�癒BAfI�活Band AfI�荃痛ad the highest compatibility, then AfI�砥BAtI�唌BAfI�溍nd AfI�▇adthe lower compatibility, and AfI�滿B AfI�Eand AfI�犈ad the lowestcompatibility. Each Frankia strain showed high specificity with alderseedlings of the seed lot from which it was isolated. Frankia strains ofhigh compatibility formed more effective nodules, which had an averagenitrogen-fixation activity of 4.3±0.5μmole ethylene per gram dry noduleper hour. Frankia strains of low compatibility formed less effectivenodules, which had an average nitrogen-fixation activity of 3.4± 0.6μmole ethylene per gram dry nodule per hour. The vesicles were ellipticinshape and 1.5~5.8μm in diameter, 8- month-old alder seedlings,inoculated with very compatible Frankia strain, produced an averagebiomass of 23.6±1.8 g dry weight per seedling, However, the onesinoculated with less compatible Frankia strain produced only 5.7±1.4g dryweight per seedling. Inoculation with very compatible Frankia to Formosanalder seedlings can increase biomass, height growth, and nitrogen fixationof seedlings. |
