| 中文摘要 | 恆春楊梅為本省恆春半島固有之陽性先驅樹種,能與放射菌類Frankia spp. 形成具有共生固氮作用之根瘤,能固定空氣中之氮素。 本研究自恆春楊梅三年生天然林之放射菌根瘤分離出五個固氮菌品系,MaI�窗B MaI�砥BMaI�陛BMaI�瓷B及Mal�腹C接種試驗證實,各固氮放射菌株對恆春楊梅 幼苗對不同種子組恆春楊梅幼苗之親和性有相當之差異。其中以Mal�骨T氮放射 菌株,對里德山恆春楊梅幼苗具有較高之親和性,MaI��,Mal�瓷A及Mal�葭蒏隤� 次之,而以MaI�秘蒏隤怓偃怬C。且各菌株與原分離恆春楊梅種子組有高專一性。 高親和性之固氮放射菌與恆春楊梅幼苗共生形成較多之有效根瘤,且其固氮速率 較高,平均為每克乾重根瘤每小時4.9±0.4微摩爾乙烯。低親和性之固氮放射菌 與恆春楊梅幼苗共生形成少量之有效根瘤,且其固氮速率較低,平均為每克乾重 根瘤每小時2.9±0.5微摩爾乙烯。根瘤之超微構造顯示,細胞中有許多由放射菌 根瘤Frankia共生形成之圓形及橢圓形包囊,其直徑為5.0-10μm。與高親和性固氮 放線菌共生之恆春楊梅苗木,其淨光合作用速率較高,平均為10.9±1.5μmoleCO �� m-2.s-1。與低親和性固氮放射菌共生者之恆春楊梅苗木,其淨光合作用速率 較低,平均為3.7±0.6μmoleCO�砥Dm-2.s-1。 |
| 英文摘要 | Hengchueng bayberry (Myrica adeiiophora var. kusanoi ), which possesses symbiot.ic nitrogen fixation actinorhizae, syrnbiotically fixes nitrogenwith Frankia , is an indigenous pioneer tree species in Hengchueng peninsula in Taiwan. Hengchueng bayberry is of great importance in the improvement of forest soil fertility and nutrient cycling. In this study, 5 Frankia strains, i.e., MaI��,MaI��, MaI��, MaI��, and Mal were isolated from actinorhizal root nodules collected from 3-year-oldHengchung bayberry natural stand. Inoculation test demonstrated thatthere were variations in compatibility among Frankia strains andHengchueng bayberry seedlings of different seed lots. Among them, MaI�退ad the highest compatibility, then MaI��, MaI��, and MaI�絹ad lowercomatibility, and MaI�� had the lowest compatibility. Each Frankia strain showed high specificity with Hengchueng bayberry seedlings of the seedlot from which it was isolated. Frankia strains of high compatibilityformed more effective nodules, which had an average nitrogen-fixation activity of 4.9 ± 0.4 μmole ethylene per gram dry nodule per hour. Frankiastrains of low compatibility formed less effective nodules, which had an average nitrogen-fixation activity of 2.9 ±0.5 μ mole ethylene per gram dry nod-ule per hour. The vesicles were elliptic, round, or spheric in shape, and 5.0 ~10μm in diameter. Hengchueng bayberry seedlings, inoculated with high compatible Frankia strain, had an average net photosynthetic rate of 10.9 ±1.5 μmole CO ��.m-2.s-1.
