| 中文摘要 | 本實驗目的在探討生技合成之寡醣與多醣類商業產品對五株常見之腸內菌在體外混合培養之消長與產酸影響。將Bifidobacterium longum、Enterococcus faecalis、Klebsiella pneumoniae、Escherichia coli和Bacteroicles fragilis 混合培養於各含有0.5%果寡醣 -1、果寡醣-2、異麥芽寡醣、半乳寡醣、聚糊精、泛纖維或葡萄糖的試驗醣液。在37℃以Gas pack厭氧方式培養,將培養時間0、4、8、12、24、48小時後之培養液,以pH分析儀測培養液之pH值,並計算每一培養液中各株菌之生長情形。結果顯示,含異麥芽寡醣、果寡醣-2及0.5%葡萄糖的培養液pH值降得最低,但仍略高於pH 4.5,而聚糊精、泛纖維的培養液pH值最高,約在pH 6.5左右。細菌計數結果顯示,E. coli與K. pneumoniae菌數,在不含寡醣的基本培養基即已高於另三株菌,加入寡醣後並沒有明顯改變。E. faecalis在半乳寡醣或含有0.25%葡萄糖之培養基中,菌量略低於其它培養基 。在果寡醣-1或半乳寡醣的培養基中,B. longum菌數高於其他醣類與基本培養基;B.fragilis在半乳寡醣培養基中明顯下降,而在其他醣類之培養基或基本培養基無明顯改變。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study investigated the effects of some commercial products of biosynthetic indigestible saccharides on the growth and acid production of 5 intestinal bacteria. Bifidobacteriurn longum, Enterococcus faecalis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coil and Bacteroides fragilis were mixed and cultured anaerobically at 37℃ for 48 hours in test media which contained 0.5% fructooligosaccharide-1, fructootigosaccharide-2, isomaltooligosaccharide, galactooligosaccharide, polydex -trose or Pine fiber. The pH values and total bacterial count of media after anaerobic culture at 37℃ for 48hrs were examined. Results showed that 0.5% glucose, isomaltooligosaecharide and fructooligosaccharide-3 had the lowest pH value, but still higher than pH 4.5. Polydextrose and Pine fiber had the highest pH value, about pH 6.5. K. penumoniae and E. coil grew well in all test media and PY broth (basal medium). Bacterial count of' E. faecalis in galactooligosa-ccharide or 0.25% glucose were less than other test media. B. longum grew better in fructooligosaccharide-1 or galactooligosaccharide. B. fragilis significantly decreased in galactooligosaccharide medium, however, did not change in other test media or PY broth. |
