| 中文摘要 | 本研究主要是探討物理蒸著CrN試件和表面處理件對磨應用在抗磨機 械傳動元件上的可行性研究,而實驗中所用的試驗機為SRV反覆運動磨耗試驗 機。實驗最後結論得出,PVD鍍CrN在機械元件上使用非常具有潛力,但是其使 用時要仔細考慮配對材及潤滑方法。 實驗中先探討CrN鍍層之厚度,附著性與抗磨耗性的關係。當最佳厚度決定後, 再與表面處理件(滲碳、鹽浴軟氮化)及氮化鈦、氮化鉻鍍件,在乾磨、基礎油及 水溶性切削液中進行磨耗試驗,藉以獲得物理蒸著氮化鉻於不同環境下之耐磨配 對的選用準則,以供機械傳動元件設計者的參考。實驗結果指出:PVD鍍件互磨 時,在潤滑狀況下,不論是在切削液或基礎油中均有良好的耐磨性;表面處理件 和PVD鍍件互磨時,除了要考慮潤滑條件下,也要考慮何者為主動件,這中間需 要有良好的匹配選擇。在磨耗機構方面,表面處理件和CrN鍍件在乾磨配對時, 表面有轉移層生成,而且轉移層有氧化的現象發生;至於在切削液中,磨痕大都 只有拋光的現象;但是表面處理件在基礎油中則表面含有許多垂直及平行滑動方 向的裂紋,並造成疲勞剝落的機構,使其耐磨性下降。 |
| 英文摘要 | CrN coating by Physical Vapor Deposition method is valuable to coating machine elements with proper paired material and lubricants. CrN coated specimens and other surface treated ones were tested in SRV wear machine under reciprocating sliding. From wear resistance and adhesion strength ,the optimal coating thickness was decided. Optimally CrN coated specimens, paired with surface treated steels (carburized, tufftrided) and with PVD coated elements (CrN, TiN) as well, were then tested in SRV under dry, base oil and cutting fluid lubrication respectively. The experiment concluded that PVD-PVD sliding pair process is the best pairing under each of three lubrication conditions. These lection of lubricants and driving element is crucial to PVD-surface treated pairs. Under dry condition, material transfer layer was observed and partially oxidized in CrN-surface treated steel pair. Undercutting fluid lubrication, the worn surface is highly polished. As to base oil lubrication, many cracks vertical and parallel to the sliding direction, formed on the sliding surface of the surface treated steels and caused fatigue spalling, which reduced wear resistance of the material. The compatibility criteria were thus established for engineering selection. |
