中文摘要 | TiN與TiCN被膜因具有高硬度、低摩擦係數、耐腐蝕與黏著性佳等優點,故廣泛 應用於切削刀具。本研究主要目的是探討不同 TiN/TiCN 被膜層數與鑽削加工條件,對鑽削 JIS SUS 304 不�袗�時鑽削力與刀具壽命之影響。同時利用田口法 (Taguchi Method) 品質 工程實驗設計,來規劃鑽削實驗,透過直交表配置,配合信號雜因比、變異數分析、回應圖 與回應表等方式進行分析。 以瞭解不同 TiN/ TiCN 被膜層數與鑽削加工條件等加工參數, 對鑽削 JIS SUS 304 不�袗�時之交互作用為何。 實驗結果顯示,三種不同的 TiN/TiCN 被 膜處理鑽頭,在不同加工條件之下,以 TiN- 表面多層被膜鑽頭之鑽削性能最好。尤其是在 相同的進給速率 (0.12mm/ rev) 且不同主軸轉速 (120rpm、157rpm) 情況之下,157rpm 轉 速對鑽頭之平均軸向推力、扭矩與鑽腹磨耗寬度反較 120rpm 為小。此外,採用田口法品質 工程實驗設計來規劃鑽削實驗,不僅可以節省實驗成本與時間。同時還可以迅速且有效的找 出各鑽削參數間之交互作用。 |
英文摘要 | Titanium nitride (TiN) and Titanium carbonitride (TiCN) hard coatings are used extensively in cutting tools because they have high hardness, low coefficient of friction, corrosion resistance, and high adhesion strength. The purposes of this study were to investigate and compare the effects of different TiN/TiCN coating layers and cutting conditions on cutting force responses and drill life of these coated drills in the drilling ofJIS SUS 304 stainless steel. Taguchi methods were used to determine the interaction between the different TiN/TiCN coating layers and cutting conditions with the help of orthogonal arrays, signal to noise ratio (S/N), analysis of variance (ANOVA), response graphs and response tables. The experimental results indicated that the TiN-surface mutilayer coated drill had the best performance under the different drilling conditions. Especially, while the feed rate is fixed at 0.12mm/rev, the spindle speed at the 157rpm is less than the 120rpm on the average thrust force, torque and flank wear width. Using Taguchi methods can lead to savings in save both experimental costs and time. It is also a rapid and efficient method to determine the interaction between the drill parameters. |
