| 中文摘要 | 本研究以工業用瓶裝N�砟咮�蚜�埶t製氮基爐氣,並在流體床爐中實施 鋼料滲碳。由滲碳後鋼料的表面狀況、含碳量、顯微組織等研究氮基爐氣的配製 條件及流體化介質對滲碳作用的影響,所得結果如下: 工業用瓶裝N�砟丰u要添加2以上的C�蚜�堔氶A就能在流體床中對鋼料產生足夠 的滲碳能力,且其滲碳速率隨著C�蚜�啋熔K加量、爐氣的總流量及滲碳溫度之 增加而增加。與一般氣體滲碳爐比較,氮基爐氣在流體床爐中的滲碳速率有顯著 提高,且流體床爐內的流體化介質具有均勻爐溫、防止鋼料表面積碳及保存爐氣 之碳勢等功能。 |
| 英文摘要 | In order to extend the application of the nitrogen based atmosphere, steeli. were carburized in afluidized bed furnace under the atmosphere prepared by commercial grade of nitrogen and propane, andthe effects of the fluidized medium and the preparing conditions of the atmosphere on carburization ofsteels were revealed through studying the surface condition, carbon content and microstructure of thecarburized steels. The results are as follows: The N��-C�蚜�� mixtures were found to be a satisfactory carburizing atmospliere in a fluidized bedfurnace as long as the volume fraction of C�蚜�� is more than 2, and the carburizing rate of the mixturesincreases with increasing the amount of C�蚜��, flow rate of the mixture and/or tlie temperature of carburization. The carburizing rate of the nitrogen based atmosphere in a fluidized bed furnace is far beyondthat in a conventional furnace. Besides, the fluidized medium possesses the functions of uniformingtemperature, preventing steel from sooting and preserving the carbon potential of atmospheres. |
