英文摘要 | In order to understand the carbonitriding of steels at 900℃C, we usedcontrolled atmospheres of carburizing gas added NH�� ranging from 2.4(volume) to 4.4 in this study. The carburizing gas was prepared by Air+ C�蚜�� passing through high temperature charcoal. An automatic systemof O�� probe and microprocessor-controlled valve was used to control thecarbon (C) potential of these atmospheres. This automatic system cansuccessfully control the C potential precisely within ±0.05, therefore,the nitrogen (N) potential can also be precisely controlled simultaneously.It was found that, under the constant Air/Propane (A/P) ratio, the moreNH3 added to the dried carburizing gas, the more C and N potentials contained in the gas. If NH�� is added constantly by certain amount and A/Pratio is changable, then we found that the higher the A/P ratio, the lower theC potential, but, at the same time, the N potential almost keeping constantor just a little higher. It was also found that the factor of changing A/P ratiois more effective than that of changing the added NHa amount during thechange of C and N potentials of these controlled atmospheres. |
