中文摘要 | 為了使滲碳工件的表層含碳量及滲碳深度能達到精密控制,本研究以電 腦及O�盎ensor的組合系統來控制鋼料的滲碳製程。所用的滲碳性爐氣是由濕潤空 氣與高溫木炭作用所生成的,其碳勢與木炭溫度有密切的關係。實驗時,以O�� sensor偵測此種爐氣中的O�砟擬ㄐA而將此信號傳輸到電腦,再由電腦控制木炭的 溫度,進而控制爐氣的碳勢。 鋼料在上述爐氣中實施滲碳時,以電腦控制滲碳階段及擴散階段爐氣的碳勢,滲 碳後的鋼料並實施淬火,而由鋼料表層的顯微組織、硬度分佈、含碳量分佈、硬 化層厚度等,研究滲碳階段及擴散階段爐氣碳勢的控制對鋼料滲碳效果的影響, 並評估以上述系統來實施鋼料精密滲碳的可行性。 |
英文摘要 | In order to control the superficial carbon content of steels and the thickness of the carburizedlayer, a computer and an oxygen sensor were used for controlling the carburizing process of steels. The carburizing atmosphere was generated by reacting humid air with hot charcoal. The carbon potential of the atmosphere depended on the temperature of the charcoal. The oxygen partial pressure of the atmosphere, which was monitored by the oxygen sensor, was fed back to the computer. The atmosphere's carbon potential was controlled through controlling the temperature of charcoal. During the carburization of steels, the carbon potential of the boost stage and diffusion stage was automatically controlled by the computer. The effect of carbon potential of both stages on the carburizing results was studied through examining the microstructure, carbon content, and hardenssdistribution in the surface layer of the steel carburized and quenched. Based on the experimental results ,the feasibility of performing precision carburization for steels by using the above system was evaluated. |
