英文摘要 | The objective of this research is to develope an industrial new product design model based on an customer-orieated analysis. This research will choose plastic injection molding machine for the research subject and select some of their customers to be interviewed. A sample survey was conducted to understand customers' preference about the existing competitive products was built up based on the important product attributes and a logistic customer preference model. Based upon this preference model and other customer behavior characteristics, to evaluate a new product becomes possible. |
