中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解我國國民小學組織承諾的現況並探討教師人口變項及學校環境變項與學校組織承諾的關係。 研究採問卷調查法,以自編標準化的「國民小學組織承諾問卷」施測。受試包括台灣地區190所公立國民小學的1415名教師,問卷回收率71.80%。回收問卷經統計處理獲得以下的結論: 1我國國民小學教師對學校的認同程度及留職傾向均屬良好,教師的努力工作意願則相當優異。 2不同的教師人口變項類別,在學校組織承諾上有差異存在。 3不同的學校環境變項類別,在學校組織承諾上有差異存在。 依據研究結果,本研究分別對教育行政單位、學校行政單位、教師及未來研究者提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to understand the organizational com-mitment in elementary school, and to investigate the relationships among teachers' demographic variables, shools' environmental variables, and school organizational commitment. This study employed the survey method, utilizing the "Elementary Shool Organizational Commitment Questionnaire" developed by this write-r. The subjects included 1,415 teachers randomly selected from 190 public elementary schools in Taiwan area. The percentage of returned questionnaires was 81.70 %. The conclusions drown from the results of the statistical analysis of resultant data included : 1. Teachers' "organizational identification" and "intended length c□ service" were found very good, and "motivation force to perform" was found excellent. 2. Significant differences existed among teachers' demographic variables with regard to school organizational commitment. 3. Significant differences existed among shools' environmental variables with regard to school organizational commitment. Recommendations were made, -based on the research findings, for education administration, school administration, teachers, and future study. |
