| 中文摘要 | 本實驗係於一內徑0.45公尺的流體化床燃燒爐中進行,將一熱交換管水平置於距穿孔板分佈器57公釐處,比較有無燃燒反應時,對柵格區中床對沉浸區(bed-to-immersed surface)熱傳係數的影響,及探討穿孔板氣體分佈器的結構造成不同的柵格區流力行為對熱傳係數的影響。結果顯示,床內有燃燒反應比沒有燃燒反應時的熱傳係數高,以及分佈器中孔距與孔徑的比值對熱傳之效應會有一最低的熱傳係數值出現。 |
| 英文摘要 | Heat transfer coeffcients were determined for lhe transfer from a fluidized bed to a smooth tube of external diameter 10.8 mm immersed horizontally within the grid region. All the experiments were conducted in a pilot scale fluidized bed combustor with an inside diameter of 0.45m. The effects of bed temperature, partic1e size, bed height, tube elevation, gas velocity as well as distributor design on heat transfer coefficient were investigated. |
