中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討鋼料經不同的表面熱處理及複合處理在乾磨及潤滑條 件下,耐磨性的研究。 實驗後發現:高週波後鍍硬鉻,不論乾磨及加油試驗均擁有最佳之耐磨性。氮化 後高週波之複合處理能增加耐磨性,但表面存有裂紋。滲硫氮化及鹽浴氮化後噴 砂處理,本身耐磨性能提高,但是對磨材磨耗量也增大。氮化後鍍鉻,表層易剝 落,所以耐磨性不好。另外,鋼料經表面處理後可以利用次表層之硬度分佈,加 以分類。而材料耐磨性和次表層之硬度分佈有密切之關係。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this research is to investigate the wear resistance of various potential surface treated steels under dry and lubricated wear conditions. From the experimental results we found: For both dry and lubricated wear, Chromium-plating after induction-hardening possesses the highest resistance. Induction after nitriding although inducesurface cracks, the wear resistance still increases. Sand blasting after sursulf and tufftride treatmentcan increase wear resistance, but the wear loss of the counterpart also increases. The surface of chromiumplating after nitriding specimen is very easy to flake off, the wear resistance is poor. The microhardness distribution can be classified into four types, the wear resistance has close relationship with respect to these subsurface hardness profile. |
