中文摘要 | 剪切斑點干涉術係一種直接的,非接觸式的,全場性的應變量測方法,但其干涉 條紋圖像之品質不佳。本文比較了各種剪切機構;二光圈法、四光圈法,全光圈非聚焦法及 楔形鏡片法之條紋圖像品質及適用性。結果發現,楔形鏡片法之影像條紋最清晰,二光圈, 四光圈法次之,全光圈非聚焦法較差。楔形鏡片法實驗之技巧需求較高,其他則很簡單,四 光圈法可獲致較多的應變訊息,應用上較經濟。 |
英文摘要 | Speckle shearing interferometry provides a direct, noncontacting and full-field measurement of strains, but the quality of fringe pattern is low. In this paper, various shearing mechanisms, which include two-aperture, four-aperture, non-focus and wedge lens, for making shearogram are studied experimentally. The quality of images obtained from these methods and their applicability are compared. It was found that wedge lens method gives the best visibility of fringes, two- and four-aperture methods are better and non-focus method is bad. Wedge lens method needs higher experimental skills. Others are very simple and easy to apply. Four-aperture method can provide more strain fields from a single shearogram. Its applicability is better than the others. |
