| 中文摘要 | 本實驗主旨在探討不同來源之天然膳食纖維與生物技術合成難消化性多醣類對大白鼠消化道與脂質代謝之影響。以三個月大之雄性Wistar大白鼠作為實驗動物,先飼予高脂肪之飼料4過後,分成5組,各飼以添加6之纖維素、關華豆膠、阿拉伯膠、聚糊精或泛纖維等難消化性醣類之飼料,以纖維素為對照組,4週後分析糞便微生物菌叢、糞便重量、食物通過消化道所需時間(MATT)、消化道器官重量、血漿及肝臟總膽固醇(CS)、三酸甘油酯(TG)、磷脂質(PL)以作為評估指標。結果顯示,關華豆膠、聚糊精、泛纖維與纖維素組的MATT結果相近,但阿拉伯膠組之MATT顯著較纖維素及關華豆膠組長(p<0.05);糞便微生物結果顯示,聚糊精及泛纖維組之糞便總菌量顯著(P<0.05)降低,聚糊精可促進乳酸菌生長(p<0.05);纖維素組之糞便排出量為所有組別中最高(p<0.05),關華豆膠組其次,且顯著(p<0.05)高於阿拉伯膠、聚糊精及泛纖維組,而在阿拉伯膠、聚糊精及泛纖維組之間則無顯著差異存在(P>0.05);關華豆膠與聚糊精有增大盲腸之情形(P<0.05),關華豆膠組之小腸重量則顯著高於其他各組(P<0.05;。在脂質代謝方面:關華豆膠、聚糊精、泛纖維之添加可顯著降低血漿總CS(p<0.05);關華豆膠、阿拉伯膠、泛纖維組之血漿TG較纖維素組低(P<0.05;,而聚糊精之血漿TG又較前述三組低(P<0,05);關華豆膠可降低肝臟總CS,泛纖維會增加TG在肝臟中堆積,聚糊精及泛纖維則顯著(P<0.05)提高肝臟PL之含量。 |
| 英文摘要 | The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of natural dietary fibersand biosynthetic polysaccharides on digestion and lipid metabolism in rats. MaleWistar rats were prefed with high fat diet for 4 weeks, then fed with dietcontaining 6 of either cellulose, guar gum, gum arabic, polydextrose or pinefiber, respectively. Cellulose was used as control group. After 4 weeks feeding,fecal flora, fecal weight, plasma and liver cholesterol (CS), triacyiglycerol (TG) and phospholipids were determined. The results demonstrated that mouth anustransit time (MATT) of guar gum, polydextrose, pine fiber and cellulose groupswere similar, but gum arable had longer MATT than those of cellulose and guargum (p<0.05). Fecal total bacterial counts were reduced significantly (p<0.05) in polydextrose and pine fiber groups, however, fecal Lactobacilli was enhanced (p<0.05) in rats fed with polydextrose. Fecal dry weight was high in cellulosegroup, intermediate in guar gum group and low in gum arabic, polydextrose andpine fiber groups. The differences among these three were nonsignificant (p>0.05). Guar gum and polydextrose could enlarge caecum (p<0.05), whereas,guar gum have heavier small intestine than others (p<0.05). Data of lipidmetabolism study showed that guar gum, polydextrose and pine fiber decreased (p<0.05) plasma CS. Rats fed guar gum, gum arabic and pine fiber had lowerplasma TG than that of control group (p<0.05), whereas, rats fed polydextrosehad lower plasma TG than those of guar gum, gum arabic and pine fiber groups. |
