中文摘要 | 本研究旨在編修醫學中心臨床護士工作態度感受量表、建立常模;及分析工作態度與工作壓力、工作情緒之相關性;以建立本土化的工作態度量表,藉以瞭解與喚起臨床護理工作的改進與發展。 研究樣本是四所醫學中心的521名於該科服務至少滿半年的護士,依各科系護士人數的比率,分層隨機抽樣所得。 研究工具採Likert-type五點量尺的自擬量表,以專家效度鑑別,信度採cronbach's α檢定為0.81。資料以SAS、平均值、標準差、皮爾遜積差相關、t值檢定、因素分析、及複迴歸相關法統計與分析之。研究結果,(一)建立臨床護士工作態度量表、評分表及常模圖。量表含有「工作狀況描述同意量表一積極感受、積極工作、積極發展及積極投入」,「工作狀態滿意量表」,及「自我看法同意量表」。(二)工作態度項目中以「如果無法上班,我會事先通知」的同意度為最高,「我覺得我這個人沒什麼用」的同意度為最低。滿意度以「與同事間相處」為最高,「升遷的機會」為最低。(三)婚姻、年齡、護理教育、服務年資、工作科系與經驗及健康狀況等個別因素與工作態度有關。(四)以概念模式圖解工作態度與工作壓力、工作情緒的相關係。研究成果可供護理實務、護理行政及護理教育的參考與應用。 |
英文摘要 | This research is aimed at the tabulation and amendments of the perception scale of the job attitude of the clinical nurses at the medical centers in order to establish a normal model & analyze the relationship among their working attitude, stress and emotion, and there by building up their working attitude measurement table so as to understand, improve & develop the working status of the clinical nurses. The samples in the reaearch cover 521 nurses who have worked in the same department for at least six months in the four medical centers. The sampling was made from computer in different levels in proportion to the total number of nurses in each department. The tool in the research adopted the self-formulated measurement table of Likert-type five point scale, validity by jury opinion and the reliability was Cronbach's alpha 0.81. The data are computed and analyzed by SAS, mean value, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficients, t-test, factor analysis, and multiple regression. The conclusions of the research are summarized as follows: 1. Establishment of the perception scale of the job attitude of clinical nurses, evaluation score table and the normal model diagram. Included in the measurement table is narration of working condition agreement measurement table, covering four catagories, i.e., positive perception, positive work, positive development, and positive input; work satisfaction measurement table and self-evaluated agreement measurement table. 2. The working attitude is indicated with "If unable to work, I will inform in advance", the degree of agreement turns out to be the highest while "I feel I am of no use", the lowest. The degree of satisfaction reveals that "easy to get along with my colleagues" turns out to be the highest, while "the opportunity to get promotion", the lowest. 3. There is a relationship between the individual factors such as, department experience, etc., and the working attitude. 4. The job stress and job emotion have something to do with the job attitude in diagram with concept model. The above-mentioned conclusions of the reaearch are valuable for the refernce and application of the nursing practice, nursing administration and nursing education. |
