| 英文摘要 | As a resonator, the separation between first overtone and fundamental frequencies and frequency constant are expected as large as possible. This separation is dependent on the vibrational modes of resonator, and properties of materials. Doped Pb1+x(Zrλ, Ti1-λ)O��+x X=0.03 (designated as PZT) ceramic resonators with different Zr/Ti ratios and sample geometries were conducted in this research. The separation for circular and square resonators was foundlarger for PZT with a tetragonal or rhombohedral phase as compared to that with coexistence of both phases. This behavior is due to the difference in elastic compliances for PZTs with different crystal structures. |
