英文摘要 | Low-noise amplifier (LNA) is normally mismatched at the input network when it is noiseoptimized. It follows that a matched LNA is usually required. The conventional treatmentsare graphic methods where the input/output stability circles are first given to assure theunconditionally stable area in Smith chart respectively. However, it is difficult to process theinput-match and output-match simultaneously, since the source and load plane are madedependent on each other. Plots for figuring out the available matching area of LNA havebeen presented here. From the study of the interaction among the input/output stabilityand the conjugate-match conditions, the modified stability circles which are designated asmatching circles are analytically developed. The available matching area is specified byusing the modified determinations of the stability criteria. |
