中文摘要 | 測定三次元物體輪廓的方法,大致可分為接觸式與非接觸式兩種。接觸式的監測方法可利用標準尺或感測探頭,直接接觸物體表面,將物體表面輪廓高低變化當成第三軸之資料處理,因其必須一點一點接觸待測物表面,不僅待測物表面可能會因感測器之接觸而遭受破壞,而且由於逐點量測,必須逐點移動感測之位置,若需量測較複雜且不規則之幾何形狀時,不但費時且費事。有鑑於此,本論文利用掃描投射疊紋技術提供一種非接觸式之光學量測方法,配合CCD(Charge-Coupled Device)與精密之移動平臺,利用單線掃描擷取物體表面變形條紋訊息,輸入電腦,然後利用數位影像處理之技術,由電腦計算待測物之三次元輪廓,再利用三度空間電腦繪圖技術'將待測物之三次元輪廓,清晰的展示在電腦螢幕上,以提供為一種光學式三次元量床的雛形設計。 |
英文摘要 | Until now, the usual method to determine the 3-D profile of objects is the CMM method, that amplifies and records the vertical motions of a stylus as it is moved at constant velocity across the surface to be measured. However, particular1y in the area of fine machining, the process has fairly large disadvantages such as: (1)The stylus exerts a pressure on the surface to be tested so that the surface is damaged. (2) Point-by-point measurement takes a longer profile measurement time. So that the noncontact measurement technique is becoming increasingly important in industry. This study describes a noncontact optical technique and instrument for measuring the 3-D profile of object that uses projection fringe, linescan CCD, single axis translational stage, and computer analysis. When a light beam passes through a straight line grating and onto a specimem, the grating will be deformed by surface curve. Once the deformed grating image on the object is detected by a high resolution linear CCD camera, the full-field third dimemsion of the object geometry can be determined by detecting the fringe centers in company with optical scanning technique, so that an optical CMM can be implemented. The main advantages of this instrument over the CMM method are simple design and short measurement time. |
